This is REALLY good with smoked gouda too.
ReplyDeleteWhoops, meant to say it's REALLY good with Applewood smoked Gruyere cheese. We liked this WAY better than regular gruyere cheese.

ReplyDeleteIt's still really yummy warmed up the next day, so I think that'd probably be ok!
